World Host Group is a global web hosting provider operating several major brands like Stablepoint and Mochahost. It runs over 1,000,000 websites for businesses globally, and websites are based on top of our data centers around the world.

The main reasons customers come to us is the fact that they trust us with their websites, not just because even our first line support have the technical experience to help with and understand complex issues, but because our technical support and management are relatable, approachable and understanding.

Staff wellbeing is extremely important to us, so we have three offices in some of the nicest locations possible. Because our servers are all 'public cloud' there is no need for them to be situated on industrial estates next to datacentres. We are currently looking to hire more web hosting support agents in our Sofia office.

In this role you will be:

  • Calling customers who want to cancel their services with us.
  • Identify and understand why customers leave us.
  • Incentivise customers to stay with us.
  • Collaborate with the technical teams to fix potential issues.
  • Listen to customer feedback and ensure their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify at-risk customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communication.


  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong Soft Skills is a must.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
