World Host Group is seeking an exceptional Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to serve as a primary point of contact for all internal IT queries within their region as part of a wider global team.
The role will focus on providing excellent support to our team and ensuring services/solutions are configured and deployed as appropriate. You will be a key stakeholder of the IT infrastructure and as such will be expected to maintain high standards across all areas of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provisioning/management/support of End User Computing (EUC) in line with company standards.
- Design and implement changes to IT infrastructure or deploy new solutions and services.
- Assist end users onboarding/training with knowledge and documentation.
- Work with vendors/partners globally to procure required hardware.
- Manage user access rights and security procedures to prevent unauthorised access to sensitive data
Essential Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 - Entra(Azure AD)/Teams/Outlook Online/Sharepoint
- Demonstrable proficiency of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) including deployment to macOS
- Experience supporting MacOS environments.
- Solid understanding of best practices in IT infrastructure
- Experience of Deploying MFA/Conditional Access within Microsoft 365.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience of Linux Desktop OS (Ubuntu)
- Experience of deploying Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) to Linux
- Scripting experience with a modern language (PowerShell/python)
