We’re looking for more Web Hosting experts to join our team. We’re providing top quality support, so we want experienced Web Hosting aficionados, who work with it day to day and love it. We try and engineer out as much of the basic first-level support as possible, allowing you to focus on debugging issues and making customers happy.
Staff wellbeing is extremely important to us, so we have three offices in some of the nicest locations possible. Because our servers are all 'public cloud' there is no need for them to be situated on industrial estates next to datacentres. We are currently looking to hire more web hosting support agents in our Sofia office.
We’re a small friendly team, with a hard-working collaborative startup mentality. We follow best practices, with every fix diagnosed, and we’d rather get things done properly than rush and do a less than perfect job. We won’t settle for less than 100% customer satisfaction.
You will be handling live chats and on some occasions, tickets. You will be working shifts with occasional evenings and weekends (but no overnights).
Requirements:
- Extensive understanding of cPanel and everything around it.
- Excellent understanding of the Linux Architecture.
- Experience with DNS and Exim.
- Some Experience debugging PHP/MySQL based websites.
- Some Experience optimizing sites for performance.
- Some knowledge of PHP would be a huge benefit.
